The Costa De La Luz

An unspoilt paradise of breathtaking countryside and coastal beauty.

The Costa De La Luz is one of Spain’s best-kept secrets. It is synonymous with sun, sand, breakwaters, rivers, estuaries, wildlife reserves, fertile countryside,  rolling pastures, world-renowned vineyards and hidden villages where time slowly passes by.

The region’s plenty of beaches, lined with pine groves, form an arch from Ayamonte to Tarifa; stretching from the mouth of the Guadiana River to the Strait of Gibraltar The Costa De La Luz offers attractive property opportunities.
Over the years, the local government has kept a watchful eye on all developments to ensure they complement the natural beauty of the area. This has prevented ill-conceived property development and associated marketing of the region. Due to this, few are aware of The Costa De La Luz’s charms and low property prices;  almost a third of the cost of a comparable property in the Costa del Sol.
